Lovely stay at Ibis! The room was modern and comfortable, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome. The location was perfect for accessing public transport. I especially liked the shutters that blocked out street noise. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

the price was very budget-friendly, a huge plus for me. the location was fantastic. It was just a short walk from the train and bus stations, making it really convenient for exploring the city. Lastly, I loved the fact that they provided free city tickets for public transport. This saved me a lot of money and made getting around Geneva really easy.
the reception was located in a separate building, and this wasn't communicated to us beforehand.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being very close to the train station and within walking distance of tourist attractions. The reception team is welcoming and helpful, offering a great customer service experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and comfy beds. The hotel is also environmentally friendly and provides adapters for guests.
The check-in process can be slow due to limited staff availability during peak times.

I loved the location of the hotel, close to the main station and trams, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, everything was super clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist me. The breakfast offered at this hotel was one of the best I've had. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and it was not crowded at all.
